You gave me just what I needed, relaxation as well as therapeutic benefits, set in a wonderful, tranquil environment --- not to mention the sensational view from your rooms with the Hanmer Springs mountain range providing a spectacular backdrop. Hello Liz, Just had to let you know that all your expertise paid dividends yesterday. Although I felt uncomfortable travelling home with my back slightly aching, I woke up this morning to find that there was no 'headache' and my back feels good. I'm so pleased (although I was confident!) as I was thinking I might have had to make another trip to the chiropractor. I was actually bouncing up and down the stairs this morning and realised I hadn't been like this for a week or so. Really appreciate your determined efforts, well done - my one bright spot in an otherwise very dull and very cold day today. Look forward to some 'preventative' treatments over Labour Weekend.
